Reminding your appropriate patients to complete a vaccine series is important.
The Outreach Program for Vaccine Series Completion was created to help you notify appropriate patients (or their parents/guardians) to contact you and find out if an appointment is needed to complete doses in a vaccination series they previously started.
The program includes postage-paid postcards or recorded telephone reminder calls sent on your behalf to patients you deem appropriate. The program is funded entirely by Merck.
