To maintain potency, ProQuad must be stored frozen between \u201358\u00baF and +5\u00baF (\u201350\u00baC to \u201315\u00baC). Use <\/span>of dry ice may subject ProQuad to temperatures colder than \u201358\u00baF (\u201350\u00baC).<\/li>
Before reconstitution, store the lyophilized vaccine in a reliably maintained freezer (eg, chest, frost-free) for up to 18 months.<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>
ProQuad may be stored at refrigerator temperature (36\u00baF to 46\u00baF, 2\u00baC to 8\u00baC) for up to 72 hours prior to reconstitution. Discard any ProQuad vaccine stored at 36\u00baF to 46\u00baF that is not used within 72 hours of removal from 5\u00baF (\u201315\u00baC) storage.<\/li>
Protect the vaccine from light at all times since such exposure may inactivate the vaccine viruses.<\/li>
IF NOT USED IMMEDIATELY, THE RECONSTITUTED VACCINE MAY BE STORED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, PROTECTED FROM LIGHT, FOR UP TO 30 MINUTES.<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>
DISCARD RECONSTITUTED VACCINE IF IT IS NOT USED WITHIN 30 MINUTES.<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>
DO NOT FREEZE RECONSTITUTED VACCINE.<\/strong><\/li>
Diluent should be stored separately at room temperature (68\u00b0F to 77\u00b0F, 20\u00b0C to 25\u00b0C), or in a refrigerator (36\u00b0F to 46\u00b0F, 2\u00b0C to 8\u00b0C).<\/li>
