You can track your shipment deliveries using the tracking number found on your confirmation email and on MerckVaccines.com under your Order History section. Please note: Due to variability in order processing times, orders placed after 2:45 PM ET may not be processed until the following day.

Reusable Shipping Containers
Merck has implemented Reusable Shipping Containers for all standard small parcel shipments, for all Merck vaccines, which will help reduce waste and negative impacts on our environment.
Send the empty container back to Merck so we can reuse it for future shipments.

Reusable Shipping Container return instructions
Don’t discard the container, instead follow the instructions included in the box to complete the return.
1. Replace
Replace cooler contents
2. Reseal
Close flap 1, peel away tape backing on flap 2 and close to seal box
3. Return
Place at the front desk or designated pick-up spot — we will handle the rest!
