There are two ways that you can request US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) information: 1) At the bottom of every MerckVaccines.com page, click on “DSCSA T3 Data” under Helpful Links or 2) on the Order Details page, under the Orders section, click on “DSCSA T3 Data.”
Who can get the DSCSA information?
Direct-purchasing customers will continue to receive DSCSA information via the shipment confirmation e-mail.
Indirect, or drop ship customers can request DSCSA information by clicking the “DSCSA T3 Data” link on the MerckVaccines.com homepage. The DSCSA information will be sent to you via e-mail after filling out the required fields.
Those customers already receiving an advanced shipping notice (ASN) will continue receiving DSCSA shipment information as part of the ASN file.
How do I request DSCSA information on MerckVaccines.com?
Click the “DSCSA T3 Data” link in the Helpful Links section located at the bottom of every page.
Or click the “DSCSA T3 Data” link on the Order Details page.
You will need to provide a delivery number, purchase order number, shipping date, and your email address in the pop-up window.
Where do I find delivery number, purchase order number, and shipping date?
This information is listed on the packing slip that came with your delivery.
Or you can go to the Payments section of MerckVaccines.com and open the original invoice for the specified order.
How will I get the DSCSA information?
After you enter the correct information, Merck will email you a DSCSA-compliant shipping confirmation for your order. Search your e-mail system using the lot number to quickly locate Merck’s response.
